Why?

I set this site up because I know how hard it is to find what you need when you have a problem with your computer.  Searching the Internet can be a daunting task especially when the problem you have with your system is conflicting with those searches.  Or maybe the problem is so obscure that there is not much to find online.  Where do you turn? Well I hope this site and its database of computer fixes and solutions can help you.  I am always adding to this database because I also use this as a reference when I am working on a computer and I like to have what I need at hand.

How Can Global Village Help You?

First search the database from the search box above.  The more specific you are with your search the closer you will come to finding a solution to your problem.  Note: The minimum you can search is four characters

Of course I can't have every solution you may be looking for online but there is a good chance your problem may be something I have already encountered and solved.  So if you cannot find the solution to your problem in the database you can request help via email and I will try and find a solution and respond as soon as possible.  If I am able to help you solve your problem successfully I will post that solution to the system.
